Bus
A shuttle bus will be provided to and from the venue, to take you from Las Palmas to the Parador Cruz de Tejeda. The trip takes around 1h. More details to follow.
Hotel
"Paradores" are state-run hotels in historic or scenic sites, and this one has a stunning view. The wedding venue has 40 rooms which you can reserve at a discounted rate (approx. EUR 110 / HKD 1010 for the wedding night). Please email us at jelvirawed@gmail.com if you want a room and we'll send you the info to make a booking directly.
The other nights of your stay in Gran Canaria, we recommend you book a hotel or AirBnB in Las Palmas (the capital in the north, with access to everything) or Maspalomas (in the south, if you prefer that resort life). If you need any help with buses, car rentals or any recommendations, please email jelvirawed@gmail.com.
Flights
For those flying in from Europe, it should be easy peasy. If you're traveling from Hong Kong, there are connecting flights from London, Madrid, Paris, Helsinki, and Frankfurt, to name a few. It's a great opportunity to have a stopover and explore more of Europe, although there's also plenty to see and do in the Canaries!
(NB: Las Palmas is located in Gran Canaria, one of the Canary Islands, an archipelago next to West Africa in the Atlantic Ocean. It is not connected to the peninsula of Spain. Flying in from Europe takes ≥3 hours.)

Guagua
Habrá una guagua para llevarles de ida y vuelta al Parador desde Las Palmas. El trayectorio es de aproximadamente 1h. Más detalles pronto.

El Parador tiene unas vistas impresionantes y 40 habitaciones disponibles a precios rebajados (aproximadamente EUR 110 la noche de la boda). The wedding is during Easter, which means that most countries will have public/bank holidays. In Hong Kong, Friday 3rd, Saturday 4th, Monday 6th and Tuesday 7th April are public holidays. Most European countries will have Friday the 3rd April off, and some also the Monday after.
We will plan some optional activities in the week leading up to the wedding:
Thursday 2nd: Visit to a banana plantation
Saturday 4th: Lunch/drinks and day at Maspalomas Beach in the south, including sand dunes
Monday 6th: Breakfast for those who stay at the Parador
More info about these extra activities will be provided later.

La boda será en semana santa, así que la mayoría de los países tendrán algún día festivo por esas fechas. En España, el viernes 3 y el domingo 5 de abril son festivos.
Vamos a planear otras actividades opcionales la semana anterior:

Sábado 4: Aperitiveo/almuerzo y día playero en el sur con dunas
Lunes 6: Desayuno para aquellos que se alojen en el Parador
